No Internet Service

I open the internet connection, Exfinity page comes, I click where it says e-mail, my name and Hello, nothing happens, I can't get my e-mails.I am sick and tired of having this problems, I called Comcast, and the customer service representative, told me that I will receive a phone call with the appointment to come to my house and fix the problem.I have received 2 phone calls, when I wasn't home, never left a message regarding the appointment for the technician to come.The first time I called Comcast, I was told that the problem was the computer, my computer tech came and found nothing wrong with the PC.This problem goes on and off sometimes I get my e-mails, sometimes I don't
