Comcast Customer Service Or Service (triple Bundle)

New service 7/29/10, phone started to work in Feb'11, Internet will stop working at will, Cable has "Green lines". I've made at least 30 calls about poor service. I have had service changed to Xfinity without my permission. How can I make them go back to the Comcast I started with. Already called but they won't do anything.

finity IS Comcast. They just changed the name. You need to call your local office and complain; ask for a district supervisor to call you back. Here's where to find your local office number:
