Not Able To Contact Customer Service

I have tried five times to contact customer service to no avail. I go through the whole queue and when it transfers me to a customer rep., I get a beeping sound and disconnected. I can not get a lot of my channels and can not get in touch with Comcast to resolve them. If I can't get some channels I am supposed to be getting and can not talk to customer service, I don't know what I am paying for. Please provide me with a number that will get me to customer service to get this resolved. Thank you.
