Lost Channels On My Hd Tv

I have lost all channels on my HD TV service. My other TVs are working fine. They do not have HD service. My TV says one moment please this channel should be available shortly on all channels.

Try unplugging your cable box from the power outlet. Wait 90 seconds and plug it back it. Wait about 15 minutes and you should see channels coming back. If not, you may have a bad box, or you may need your local Comcast office to "warm hit" the box.
