After A Storm Tv Says No Signal

I have never been so frustrated calling for service I tried the online service could not fix problem. Have called service 3 times now go through all the interrogation then they say I dont have right social security number than I put my phone number in to be called back and they keep repeating it wrong. They won't put me through to a real person its insane. Have had comcast for years and expect much better response. I just want to get the TV back on Mary Asher

First check that your TV is set correct Source or Input.

Try changing the Source or input Av, Tv, Digital TV or DTV if you haven't already. If your 'no signal' message is not due to incorrect Source or input being selected. Then it's most likely cause by a setup or antenna fault.
