Need To Talk To A Real Person. Tried 7 Times. Have Spent Almost 6+ Hrs On Hold.

Cannot get anyone on the phone. Spent 6+ hrs on hold and suffered (3)!!!! Missed service calls but cannot even reschedule bexcuse no one answers the phone. Spect 40 minutes online waiting to "chat" LIVE and no answer there either.

That's Comcast for you. There really isn't a whole lot you can do about it. You'll just have to keep calling until you can get to someone. Also, in case you're calling the incorrect number, here is the right one: 1-800-934-6489.
