Craig, it's a very bad idea to put your address and phone number out there on the Internet for everyone to see. To answer your question, no. Comcast never rewards its loyal customers who pay them hundreds of dollars on time every month for years and years. Because they are a monopoly, they can do this. This is why we all hate Comcast.
