I Am A New Customer And After 2 Wks Of Service Want To Disconnect For 7/17.

Hi-- I was promised a bill in the vicinity of $79 and when I went on line to pay the bill was $343. Your customer service rep when I called to disconnect was brusque and aggressive. Pls. send me boxes, labels, and set up 7/16 as my disconnect day-- not sure how you stay in business, but wish you continued luck.
