Unable To Access Account Information Online
Please advise if there is a problem with the Comcast website. I have chatted this morning with a customer service rep who changed my password, but I'm concerned that my account may have been hacked. Every time I try to get onto any Comcast page including "contact info" I get a "404 - File or directory not found" notification page. Please advise, Megan Kelley
