Coby Tftv3225 Tv

I have a 32" Coby TV mdl#TFTV3225. It's displaying a dark picture with bluish look. I tried adjusting the brightness but nothing happens. I tried adjusting the tint but the tint selection is grayed out, not allowing me to select it. I would like to perform a factory reset. Please help.
