I Pressed Format On My Mp620-2g & Everything I Had On It Erased. What Can I Do

I pressed the format button on my COBY MP620-2G Player and everything erased...also now I try to sync new Music, Pictures & Video and the computer recognizes the device, however, it will not download anything. What can I do? I was given this player as a gift and I don't have the instructions/Manual. Can you suggest anything that I can do? Thanks, Chris C.
