Water Supply For Property Is In Jeapordy

My name is Cathy Mask.  I am with the US Forest Service in Gunnison, CO 81230.  I am inquiring about the mailing address of some property owners who may have a mortgage with you.  The water system for the cabin has been permitted on the Gunnison National Forest with a Special Use Permit which is expired.  I cannot locate the owners.  Their names are Mark and Tricia Matthews and the property is in Gunnison County.  The most recent address I have is from Gunnison County and the letter has come back "Forwarding Order Expired".  The Assessor's office told me that Citi Mortgage was paying the property taxes.  Please contact me at 970-642-4412 or [email protected] to discuss this matter.  The water development on the National Forest, if not authorized with a Special Use Permit, will be considered a trespass structure.  As far as I know, this is the only source of water for the cabin.
