I Need To Get My Name Removed From A Home Property I Lost Under Bankruptcy

I lost my home property under Chapoter 13 - I no longer live in or own the property but I keep getting tax bills. I contacted Citimortagge and the Tax comissioner and sent in documents but I have a new one for this year and they are talking about putting a lien oin my credit.
