How To Configure Cisco Air-lap1142n-a-k9

This model number is a Lightweight Access Point. It has no configuration and is designed to work with a Cisco Wireless LAN Controller. If you hook the LAP into your network it should discover the Wireless LAN Controller. From the Wireless LAN Controller you can then configure the Access Point.
