Do I Need The Lithium Button Battery To Be Charged For The Canon Zr90, Zr85, Zr8
The warning light for the lithium button battery is flashing on my camera. I tried to record a video today and the camera would not record or even show what i was trying to record. It just showed a blue screen. The lens cover was not on and I cannot figure out what's wrong with the camera.

When the light flashes rapidly the most likely culprit is the rechargable battery pack on the back of the recorder. Go to this page to see & or purchase the battery pack replacement. The button battery is only a back-up to maintain time & date stamp. Good luck.
