Will Not Print After Installing Both Colour And Black New Cartridges

I have installed two new ink cartridges, genuine ones, the printedd will not now print anything.

Hi. Start off by running a nozzle/print head clean as ink may have dried up clogging the nozzles. Quick Start Guide here https://www.helpowl.com/manuals/Canon/PIXMAiP2702/68032 - I am assuming it goes through the motions of printing but brings out plank pages.
