Why Can't I Get My Printer To Work ????

I have tried to follow instructions to set up my printer, but it keeps telling me my paper drawer is open, when it is shut, and it won't stay on the letters I put it on, it changer to smaller.

To fix the error:
- You select setting
- Device Settings
- Plain Paper Feed Settings
- Set up on Rear Tray instead of cassette

That is how I did it

Or it could be wrong size/type of paper?
