Have Mx892 Printer. Will Not Print Black From Documents, But Will From Test Prin

For the correct procedure, go to this Canon page and scroll down to one of the two articles designated "Print in Monochrome (Grayscale)"--pick the one for your operating system. If you still have problems, resubmit telling us exactly what you did and exactly what happened.
