My Mx410 Continually Feeds Paper Until It Jams. Can't Print Or Enter Menu.

My printer feeds paper until it jams. Then it tells you to remove the paper jam and press OK. Then the cycle starts again. I can't enter the menu or anything. I've turned it off and tried to start over. I've unplugged it and started over. Nothing seems to do any good. Help please!!
