Error Message When Attempting To Print

When attempting to print erorr message where: CNBJNP 8887175E9C02pops up in dialogue box. Printer originally put in with disc: however, I can't find disc.

It seems the printer is not configured to the right port.

1. Put your mouse in the top right corner to bring up the Charms Menu.

2. Click Settings.

3. Click Control Panel.

4. Click Hardware and Sound.

5. Click Devices and Printers.

6. Right click the PIXMA MX410 Printer and click Printer Properties.

7. Click the Ports tab.

8. Make sure that the checkmark is on the port that starts with CNBJNP, then click OK and try to print.
