How To Clear The Memory Of A Cannon 340

Step 1
Press the "Menu" button on the MX340 until "Device Settings" appears on the LCD display.
Step 2Press the left or right arrow keys to select "Reset Settings," and then press "OK" to load the Reset Settings menu.
Step 3Press the left or right arrow keys to select "All data," and then press "OK" to reset data on the MX340 to factory default settings.
Tips- If you only want to reset fax data, in Step 3 press the left or right arrow keys to select "Telephone no. data," and then press "OK."
- If you want to reset all settings aside from those related to the fax machine, press the left or right arrow keys in Step 3 to select "Setting data," and then press "OK."
