My Canon Pixma Mg6120 Suddenly Will Not Print Yellow.
The printer display indicates that the yellow ink cartridge is full. Just to be sure, I installed a new yellow ink cartridge. It still won't print yellow. Help!

The most common cause of this is the printer driver - download and install the latest available driver for the model from here http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mg_series/pixma_mg6120?selectedName=DriversAndSoftware (select your OS version first) - The second possible cause, would be a corrupt firmware.
