Inserted Fabric That Was Pressed On Freezer Paper,now Has Paper Jam.
My friend who quilts and often uses freezer paper behind fabric when sewing has had success doing the same thing with the printer she had. She inserts the fabric that has been pressed onto freezer paper and is able to print onto the fabric.
When she tried this on her brand new Canon MG2120, it now has a 'paper jam.' I don't know how to fix this. I don't want to damage her printer by pulling one way or the other.
We can only see a tiny bit of the fabric/paper on the out plate, but can, with some difficulty, grab ahold of it in the intake plate; but it is really stuck and I dn't want to pull too hard.
I didn't understand the manual instructions on how to remove a "paper" jam. There were three scenarios given. The one that seemed most appropriate did not give instructions clearly enough for me to implement.
