Brand New Mf4770n Paper Jam Unending Issue!
Hello, my printer arrived brand new out of the box and I had not a problem setting it up, until I tried to print and the first test I got a paper jam. The paper appears to be "bitten" at the top end and even though I do a step by step clearing of the issue, following the directions closely, it repeats itself, again with a bite mark and partial rip of the sheet of paper (the edge closest to the mouth of the printer feed roller). So, although I got this brand new printer I have yet to be able to print. Argggghhhh! HELP PLEASE!

I had that same issue with my imageclass mf4880dw, I even returned the first one i bought thinking it was a fluke. It was actually a square border around the rollers under the toner cartridge. All you have to do is remove the toner cartridge, you can see the bright orange border plain as day, pull that orange rectangle out of there and the printer should work as advertised.
