I Bought The Pixmamg2120 New In The Box And It Did Not Come With The Cd

Ne win the box from walmart and no cd/manuel in the box. Can I still donwload it fromt he net and use it?

Yes. You can still download the contents of the software CD for your Canon PIXMA MG2120 printer/scanner from Canon website. Here's the link to the download page. Download the driver and install to your computer. You can even burn it on CD media for offline backup.
