How Do I Stop The Alarm For That The Ink Absorbers Are Full?
I have cleaned and replaced the ink absorber pads and cannot stop the alarm from sounding and stopping the printer from printing until I press "OK". I have tried many online suggestions as to how to do this and none have worked. I can get my printer to the service mode, but it says that it is "idle". I tried pulling the USB plug and replacing it as one site suggested to reset the printer. That did not work either. Can you help me?

Clearing the Ink Error
Press and hold the Stop button for at least five seconds
