Hi,what does it mean?what can I do in order to scan again (taking into consideration that I'm PC-novice)???Thanks,Moshe

There are many variables that can cause these windows errors. It would be wise to updtae your drivers by downloading them from here.

Use your Virus scanner. These errors (0x00000015)can be triggered by malware hiding inside your computer.please check your computer for malware.
