2008 Cadillac Cts4 All Wheel Drive Module

The all wheel drive is not working on my 2008 CTS4. it has been diagnosed as a bad module due to water exposure from the sun roof leaking. GM has a service bulletin out on it but will not cover it. Is the module hard to get at? Apparently it is under the dash on passenger side.
