Hot Trans Idle Engine
have warning on my screen of my Cadillac srx model 2006 , hot trans idle engine, how can I solve this and what does it mean

This message indicates that the transmission fluid in your vehicle is too hot. Stop the vehicle and allow it to idle until the transmission cools down or until this message is removed.
