When I Shift The Engine Moves Up And Backward Which Mounts Need Fixing?

My 98 Cadillac Deville Sedan start easy and runs smooth in Park and Neutral but it runs rough in forward. I'm being told the engine move up and back when I shift gears. Which mounts do I need to replace? Are there 5 mounts?
