Trophy Cam View Finder Won't Get Past The Bushnell Logo Screen

The viewfinder on my Trophy Cam, Model 119455, will not get past the 1st screen with the Bushnell logo.  I have replaced all the batteries and replaced the SanDisk but it still won't get past the logo screen. I have moved the switch from OFF to SETUP properly.  Any ideas what could be wrong?
