Embroidery Machine Seems Blocked, Hard Wheel

Good Morning, i have problems my machine does seem blocked, the wheel goes hard and when i try to stich it stoppes auutomatically. I tried to open and see the bobbin holder also i put some oil, but still it goes hard and it stoppes. I dont know what to do, here in Italy, where i live, this type of machine is not sold so i have difficulties to find assistance. In particular i would like to know if it is possible to unscrew the platform which holds the bobbin without causing some damage. thank you kind regards Veronica Naudascher Please help!
