My machine gave me the message, "Bobbin thread running out."  However, my bobbin is full.  What is my problem?

I would pull the entire bobbin case out  and clean underneath it. That case may not be seated correctly. Additionally, I had problems getting the thread to catch properly leaving the case inside and dropping in the bobbin. I found If I remove the case put in the bobbin in and hook the thread and then drop in the bobbin case assembly that it worked more reliably.  It's a bit more of a pain to do but I always get it threaded properly that way.
