Getting A 'jam Rear' Error Message When There Is No Jam

I have a MFC 9970 CDW printer. I am getting an error message on LCD display, which says "Jam Rear" when there is no jam anymore. I have removed the jam. Now, when i open the back cover and open the back fuser cover just to check and out it all back, it gives me an error, back cover open... Printer is not able to print any more.
