I Just Purchased A Brother Mfc 9560cdw And Cannot Use It With My Mac Os 10.8.2
is there an upgrade that i can install to use this printer?

Your Brother MFC-9560CDW cannot be used on your Mac OS 10.8 laptop unless you install the compatible driver software for this Opearating System. If you have the installation CD, you can use it to install the driver software. You can also download the compatible driver software from the support website of Brother. I have provided the download link below.
Just click the "Download & Information" link at the left side of the download page.
