Problem With Mfc9325cw. Replacing Ink Cartridge.

I was replacing a Cyan cartridge. I put it in the magenta byaccident. caught the error, put back the magenta, and replaced the cyan. it still said to replace the Cyan. I thought maybe i had put back the old cyan, so interchanged them. keeps giving same message. what do i do. i am slammed for work and need this right away. thanks URGENT!!!!!

Based on your description, there might be a conflict in detecting the right ink cartidge installed on your device. The very first thing you have to do is to turn off your Brother MFC-9325CW device and insert the Cyan ink cartridge. Also, you should remember to only use the original ink cartridge to avoid these kinds of errors. It is important that you properly install the ink cartridge. You can read the proper procedure here:
