Where Can I Find A Parts List For My Cs-8072 Sewing Machine.

On the Needle Bar, the sleeve that the needle screw (tightener) goes into broke, so I ordered a new Needle Bar Assembly as that is how they come. It has been put in place, and the screw will not hold the needle in. So I ordered a new screw, that too does not reach the screw. What is missing here and why was it not part of the new Needle Bar Assembly? Very confused.

"So I ordered a new screw, that too does not reach the screw." Unfortunately, this makes no sense--you must have composed your post hurriedly. I'll do my best anyway to help you. Your question suggests that a part you purchased doesn't work with your machine. If so, either the new part or another part with which the new part is supposed to work is defective. In either case your recourse is with the seller of one part or the other, If you don't know which part is defective, consult Brother: use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/Brother%20International/customer-service. Once you've made that determination, do a return if it's soon enough; or if it's not, implement your warranty if it applies. (Or if it's only a screw, Brother may supply it gratis.) If you can do neither, then buy the part that Brother indicates needs replacement.
