My 321 Turns On Then Immeiately Shuts Down. Can Not Figre Out Why ?

I have same problem with my system. The temporary solution I found was that I reversed the power pins  of the powered cord. Now 90% times it works. May be in one of the lines there maybe some capacitance problem. But this is not the exact solution. I am also looking for it
