phone stopped working within 3 days of purchase i asked for a replacement the blackberry company reps mr amit and mr yogesh frm vile parle mumbai refused and said they wld not replace the phone i have bought a defective blackberry and want it replaced

Since it has only been three days it would be best to return it to the store you bought it from (or your wireless carrier if you bought it from them).
