Recover Contact Name,message Data In Blackberry Curv8520

Dear sir, Since my blackberry mobile was locked with password, it cant be opened without password.But today my 5yr doughter was playing with my blackberry mobile and after one hour i found my mobile without password and lost all my contact detailes and messages with new screen saver. I dont have wireless update, can i recover my contact & message data?
