What Could Be

so i just downlosded a new theme for my blackberry 9360 the theme is Mr.Frankenstein afterwards i locked it and I entered the password and it did not work so I restarted it and once again i entered the password yet once again it doesnt work. So I repeated it and fepeated it for 5 times. Yet still the same outcome. It appears to be hanging or theenter button just doesnt work.What am I supposed to do?
