Belt Problems
After installing a brand new belt. It burned up and snapped in about 10 seconds. After futher inspectioon I realized that the brush roller is jammed it will not spin. Can the roller be fixed, or do i need to replace it altogether?

No, sorry the brushroll cannot be fixed. You can purchase the brush and a new belt (recommended) at this link:
