Why Does My Pe8700 Lamp Flashe Red 3 Times
I have not used my projector for 1950 hours yet. I never got a warning message that the lamp life was low. It went out on me when I was watching a movie. Now on power up it sounds like it is sinking in (clicking) and then after about 5 tries it ends up blinking red 3 times. At this point have to pull the plug because I am unable to shut it off by using the remote. I called benq they say its the bulb without listening to my explaination. Has anyone else experienced this situation and how did you resolve it?
