Battery Problems With Asus U47a-bgr4 Laptop.
Hi whenever I plug in my laptop to my charger the battery status bar does not move at all. It remains at 0%. It shuts off if I take it off the charger so basically I can only use my laptop when it is plugged in and charging although it's not actually charging. What can I do? Thank you for any help you can provide in this situation.
