Asus Rog G75vw-bbk5

hi , i have an ASUS ROG G75VW-BBK5 , in the past week ive disasembled it like 5 times i had problems with my USB ports and i replaced the audio/card reader board with a new one bcs the old one was not working , so i was trying to see why my USB port wont work anymore , it seems only 1 in the right side was working , the other 3 ports where not ( in Device Manager the USB ports where showing up ) , so finally yesterday i i found out that i forgot to plug in the usb board cord to the motherboard , so i did that aswell i pluged in all the cords to the motherboard and when i pluged the power supply to the laptop nothing happened, i was pressing the power button and nothing happeen then i realise there was smoke coming out from the same side through the 2 USB ports so i unpluged fast the power supply and i disasembled the laptop again and looked for power jack burn or anything on the motherboard but i havent seen anything burned. i dont want to go to a PC Repair store becouse they charge so much and i have no money so i want to try and fix it myself or somehow detect what couses my laptop not to start, my power supply works fine , i see the led lighting up when the power supply is pluget in the outlethelp pls anyone if you can guide me in the right direction i would apreciate it , thanks
