Hello my name is Jeffrey and I work for Asus Customer Loyalty Team
What you would have to do to turn on the camera is to go to programs then asus folder then select life frame. Once you select life frame the program will open up and you will be able to see yourself in the computer.
If you want to know how to turn on the webcam while chatting usually in a chat room or pm you will be able to invite someone to see your camera then the camera will turn on automatically and the other person will be able to see you.
