To Move On
i wanted to download an antivirus.but seems like its very heavy for this laptop, then there it comes the Loading sign..the sign never went off..i cant even switch off my laptop or restart..i have to remove the battery to off it..when i tried to on again, the same thing happens..how?

Try removing the battery and pressing the power button. What you are doing is completely draining power from the laptop so it will force the CPU to reboot.
If that does not work than you will have to do a factory reset which you will lose all your important things.
