You don't actually need the driver CD for your Asus A43SD because you can download it from the support page of Asus. All you need to do is to follow these steps.

1. Visit

http://support.asus.com/Download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=A43SD

2. Select your Operating System from the OS dropdown box

3. You will see links for the different driver software. Just click the links and download the driver software.

4. Remember to restart your computer system to make the software work properly

All you have to do to create another is go to start menu, all programs, and select ASUS utilities. There you should see a program called AI recovery burner. You will be able to create new recovery disc again.
