Why Do Apple Need To Have Expensive Devise And Poor Ofering Unboxing?

There is more profit in higher priced goods. They rely on latest technology and the Apple software ecosystem to sell their products and for that, they can charge high markups and (in many cases) give poor customer service without it harming their brand. Their products are becoming less serviceable all the time and you will see other brands follow as they see that Apple get away with it and once they are big enough, they start to do it. Apple took away the headphone socket on their phones. Other brands were advertising that they still had a HP socket, but soon... socket gone. Apple slowly take features away and people still buy. It's amazing that a business that gives people the middle finger so often, can almost name it's price on the equipment. Many loyal followers that will buy just to feel special.
