i want to update the version of my MA978ZP apple IPod. what to do?

To update to the newest software...connect your device to itunes and on the left column you should see you device name. Click on you device and you will see a tab saying "iTunes has detected a new software update". Then just click "download and upgrade"...and apple will do the rest!
